Marko Sotto has been a fixture of San Francisco’s hospitality industry for over two decades. After spending over 10 years at one of San Francisco’s iconic seafood restaurants, AQUA, Sotto moved on to work under Michael Mina before launching Sotto Group Hospitality and Barzotto.
